  Worst Sonny's I've ever been too. Go to ANY OTHER bbq resturant in the area, or drive to another Sonny's.
  
  I called and placed an order for pickup, which included a baked potato. (quite honestly the whole reason I went) I arrived 15 minutes later like they directed me to. I paid, and waited. I waited for an extra 15 minutes only to be told that they ran out of the food items I ordered, one being the baked potato.
  I then asked Kyler (the server who took my order and "helped" me) why she didn't tell me they ran out of baked potatoes when I originally ordered or before i paid for my meal. She said back "when you called, they were avalible. But now they're not"
  How does that make sense? I personally have worked at a bbq joint and when someone called in an order, that food was immediately claimed in order to make sure our customers get their food since they took the extra time to call ahead. Its called good customer service.
  
  Simply to put it, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service this Sonny's offered. I HIGHLY recommend taking the extra time to travel to ANY other sonny's. I know I will be.

  I will never eat there again, our waitress was obviously sick and kept wiping her nose with her hand then touching plates and cups. We requested a new server, we received a new server who promptly forgot about us. Smh disgusting staff.
